Terms & Conditions


Ordering Tickets

  • A fifty (50) percent non-refundable deposit is required to hold your booking.
  • Once you receive your Sales Order, the deposit and a signed copy of the Sales Order and Terms & Conditions are due within fifteen (15) days by mail or fax. Please sign the Sales Order and Terms & Conditions to confirm your booking and acknowledge agreement to the Group Booking Policy.
  • Classical Theatre Project reserves the right to cancel any booking for which both a deposit and a signed Sales Order and Terms & Conditions have not been received.
  • All ticket prices are subject to thirteen (13) percent HST.
  • The balance of payment is required at least thirty (30) days prior to the performance date.
  • For bookings made within 30 days of the performance, we require your final ticket numbers and a $120 non-refundable deposit within 48 hours of booking. No changes may be made to the booking after this point. Final payment must be received within 15 days of the invoice date or by the date of the performance, whichever is earliest.

Adjusting Your Booking

  • Customers may decrease the number of tickets in their booking until 30 days prior to the performance. Any tickets cancelled after thirty (30) days will not be refunded.
  • Cancellation of an entire order received less than thirty (30) days prior to booking will forfeit the total payment. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or held for credit.
  • It is the responsibility of a school representation to contact the Classical Theatre Project if it is necessary to reschedule or cancel an order as soon as a change in schedule is known. Changes and cancellations must be confirmed in writing by mail, fax or email.
  • Performance dates and times are subject to change. In the event of a change, schools will be notified and given the option of choosing an alternate date or time, or receive a full refund or credit for a future production.

Additional Information

  • We accept VISA, MasterCard, money orders, and cheques.
  • Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive access to the CTP Teacher Companion Guide and an Information Package containing everything you need to plan your trip (maps, schedule, bus parking, etc).
  • If a school group is unable to attend a performance due to a storm that results in transportation cancellations or school closures, we will make every effort to exchange your tickets for an alternate performance, subject to availability. Refunds will only be made in the event of a cancellation of our performance due to weather.
