Where is the theatre located?

In the Fall of 2015, we are performing at the Toronto Centre for the Arts in North York. Theatre Address: 5040 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON

What is your mailing address?

Our office is located at 41 Britain St. Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5A 1R7

Who performs in your productions?

CTP works with professional actors under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Actors Equity Association. We hold extensive auditions to find the hottest actors in the country. CTP’s casts include some of the hottest young actors in the country as well as seasoned performers that have performed with festivals like Stratford and Shaw.

How long are the shows?

All our performances run 90 minutes including a post-show Q&A period with the cast. There are no intermissions.

What happens when I book tickets?

When you book tickets, you will receive an invoice by email detailing your booking and your payment schedule. In order to hold the tickets you’ve booked, a 50% deposit must be received within two weeks of ordering.
The remaining balance will be due 30 days before the performance itself; adjustments can be made to your booking before this, as long as the balance is received by our office on this due date.
Please note that the deposit and all purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable; if the number of tickets is decreased before the 50% deposit due date, the deposit will remain unchanged.

What if I'm not quite ready to book tickets?

We cannot hold, reserve or put aside tickets for any of our performances. However, if you know you want to book a date but aren’t sure exactly how many classes you’ll be bringing, need to get principal approval, etc., we will place your information on an “interest list” for that date. All we need is your name and email address, preferred seating section, and the number of tickets you would be interested in booking.
Rather than committing you to a ticket order, the interest list will show us that you would like to book for this date in the near future; in the meantime, we will keep you informed of changes in availability that could affect your ability to book for that date.

How do we pay for the tickets?

We accept cheque or credit card, which can be done over the phone.

Who do I make the cheque out to and where do I send it?

Please make all cheques payable to The Classical Theatre Project and send them to 41 Britain St. Suite 300, Toronto, ON M5A 1R7

What are the prices per ticket?

The Performance Package is $20 for General Admission and $24 for Preferred (A+) Seating (Front Orchestra).
All ticket prices are subject to a $2 Box Office fee, a $1 Capital Improvement Fee levied by the theatre, and HST. The Masterclass Program is your ticket price plus $7, while the Full Day Program is your ticket price plus $11.

Can I adjust my booking?

Once you have ordered tickets, you can change the number of tickets on your booking until 30 days prior to the performance.

What happens if I make a booking less than 30 days from the performance?

For bookings made within 30 days of the performance, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required and final numbers must be confirmed within 48 hours of the booking. No changes can be made to your booking after this point. For more information, please see the Terms & Conditions or call the box office for details.
