Last October, we launched a brand new production of Romeo & Juliet. In 2016, we will do something we‘ve never done before: two productions of Romeo & Juliet playing in repertory – an R&J for every taste. Which Romeo & Juliet will you see?
Our Elizabethan R&J
Over 250,000 students in 50 cities have seen our classic Elizabethan market production. This Dora Award nominated production features a live score played by the actors onstage.
The Modern R&J
In Charles Roy’s explosive new production, incorporating contemporary music and dance, we look through Juliet’s eyes. Prepare to have your imagination blown as we rock the theatre and connect with students in a visceral way. This is theatre at its most creative, brash and relevant.
